I think you're allowed 2. After 2 kids, you get fixed or you get off government assistance.

That is just it. The cost of the surgery and the relative ease of performing it are not that bad. Clinic patients are often practiced on by the residents, and medicaid (or care, sorry can never remember which is which) pays for it. It takes only 30 minutes to do the entire procedure, and the items needed are not much. If the surgeon ties the tubes with suture, it is very cost effective. One tiny incision under the umbilicus, and in minutes it is complete.
I would vote for it, and volunteer for free to help with the procedure if it might secure a better future by stopping the spread of cancer that over population is doing to our country.

What's amusing is that the politician seemed to think a hood rat failed basic math. A hood rat may not do well with calculus, but she'll sure as hell understand that she can make several times that $1,000 every year off each out of wedlock kid she pops out.

i spent a few years working at planned parent hood...ie the abortion clinics...and the goverment paid for the girls and druggies who use abortions as birth control. so...but your right....they make more money having kids, and its not like they have to pay for them...
