why not a D80?

Higher res than the D200, better low light, just lacks the metal internal frame.

Faster FPS, weather seals, grip/vertical release is included, controls on the camera instead of in the menu. I think the 80 and 200 use the same sensor/lcd so the res and low light are identical.
